COVID-19 PROTOCOLS

The 2022 Covid-19 situation is ever changing and as a business it is hard to plan in advance.
There may or may not be Government or Transport Canada mandates in effect at the time of your tour.
These can include:
The use of hand sanitizer before boarding.
A reduction of our passenger capacity that results in us having to cancel or reschedule the most recently booked tickets.
The mandated wearing of face masks.
Physical distancing.

Whether mandatory or not, for your safety and the safety of our crew, we highly recommend the wearing of good quality face masks onboard the vessel and throughout the tour.

Our vessels are always cleaned with disinfectant between tours and at the end of the day and our ticketing and check-in process is always touch-free.

Once again, we will not be providing our blankets and rain coats to passengers during tours and in order to prevent garbage and micro plastics in the lake, we do not sell disposable ones. For this reason we recommend that you be well prepared for anything Mother Nature may provide. Bring a warm layer of clothing regardless of the weather on shore (it is always much cooler on the lake) and bring a raincoat if there is even the slightest chance of rain.

If you do have any questions or concerns about our Covid policy (or anything else), you are welcome to call or email us to check ahead of your tour.

CANCELLATION POLICY

For your safety, we reserve the right to cancel any tour due to COVID-19 restrictions, weather or unforeseen circumstances and you will receive an automatic full refund. For scheduled tours, if you choose to cancel providing 72 hours notice or more you will also receive a full refund. You can cancel easily online using the link received in your confirmation email. A refund will NOT be provided for any reason within 48 hours of departure or if you are not onboard at the schedule departure time.
For private tours, if you choose to cancel providing 14 days notice or more you will also receive a full refund. A refund will NOT be provided for any reason within 14 days of departure or if you are not onboard at the schedule departure time.
Please note that we do not drop anyone off on Flowerpot Island.

Due to the unpredictability of the weather as well as other factors, we can not guarantee the viewing of the Shipwrecks or any other destination as part of a tour.

PARKING, CHILDREN & PETS

Please allow time to find parking or if possible leave your car at your accommodation. We recommend purchasing all day parking on Legion Street or using the municipal parking app to purchase parking so you may add time later from your device. Children of all ages are welcome aboard our cruises; however, please keep in mind the extended length of our tours and the ever changing nature of the marine weather.  Pets are generally not allowed on our regular cruises (with the exception of service dogs), but may be allowed on our private tours.
One more thing….Just kidding, that’s all folks.
